Tauranga has grown rapidly over the last 25 years experiencing the fastest growth of any region in New Zealand and tripling in size.
Every week in the Western Bay of Plenty; 69 people move to the region from other places, 30 new houses are built, 60 more vehicles are on the road and 51 jobs are created.
Tauriko Crossing will be a regional retail destination and we are excited to be delivering it and look forward to owning and managing it.

Justifies a retail centre of 40,000sqm today without future growth Tauranga is one of the country's fastest growing cities with growth currently at 3.5% pa with the total catchment expecting to grow to $273,000 by 2026.
Retail capture over all catchments of $235,000,000 and is expected to grow at 5.6% pa rising to $361,000,000 by 2021. The total spend within the primary, secondary and tertiary catchments exceeds $2.08 billion per annum.
In the heart of the regions growth node, encouraging 'live work and play' with 200 hectares of developed and proposed industrial and 3000 residential sites adjoining.
